On alternating days, I'll have either steel cut oats with cinnamon, sugarfree apple sauce and a stevia packet, or 1/2 a grapefruit with Greek yogurt (usually key lime flavour)
But then some days I just want a Rice Krispie square from the work vending machine lol

I cut out cereal a year and a half ago and I would bring either a variation of overnight oats or hot oats to work with me - most recently hot oats with green superfood or protein powder and some fruit addition - either an apple or pear or something.
But I have always been a fan of eggs. So the past few weeks have been a 1 egg/2 egg white omelette with a variety of veggies. I LOVE eggs for breakfast.
On the weekend I go to the gym first thing in the morning and don't like to eat as heavy, so I usually just whip up a protein shake - sometimes with key lime yogurt, @jcb75 - such a great flavour!!

I love eggs on toast or a toasted bagel with margarine and some fruit on the side! :)

I have never been an eat early in the morning breakfast person - but I understand the importance of the meal - lol! I generally have a bowl of fruit or fresh berries around 9 am after I've been at work for awhile - fast, light, healthy and works for me!
