Got a Signature Cocktail/ Drink?

I'll start it off on Jul 21, 2012 @ 10:37 pm Created it a couple of years ago: Ginger Kick... very simple: 1/2 gin glass with ice about 2 shots good quality golden rum (go one shot if you want it light) Want some extra sophistication to this? Serve it with a good aged rum - my golden rum was about 20 years old and it was the best rum I've had with this recipe top with ginger beer (no - not ginger ale... ginger beer... spicy!) garnish with a piece of sugar cane (If not available try a slice of lime) I really love that its not in a martini glass or served girly. It's inspiration was something a little tougher ... a little more sultry. Picture Lauren Bacall in To Have and Have Not. Can't picture it? Try this. Better yet, watch the movie. A classic. Sexy and smart.

I don't know if I have a signature cocktail, I am super lazy when it comes to making drinks and food for myself. If I have a party then I go all out but if it is just me I get so lazy. I'm a big fan of whiskey and ginger, rum and coke and anything with irish cream though!
