Do any of you garden? I'm typically the type of person who kills plants quicker than they can grow... but then I bought this little indoor vegetable garden kit from Giant Tiger (a steal at 6$) and I have a SPROUT!
Okay - I may be getting really stupidly excited about this, but I seriously have never grown anything. It feels like birth. Lol! I am now a plant-parent to a little tomato sprout!
Who else plants and what are you growing? :-)

My cats eat anything I try and grow. Good luck with your cute plant!

I'm sure if my dog could reach it, he would eat it! Lol! Thanks :-)

Lol your post kills me! I just started getting into indoor plants and wanted to try the whole indoor herb garden thing. I was thinking about planting some flowers outside too.

You should be excited!!! Keep us updated!
I grew a tomato plant when I was younger for a science project but I had a little help from my Mom. I tried to take care of a Orchid last summer and it only survived about a week :( My Mom revived it and is now the primary caregiver :P

I will be starting my outdoor garden soon. I can not keep a plant alive indoors but I seem to have much better luck with my planters on the deck for flowers during the summer.
Have a great time with your garden, it is a great way to relax and

Congrats! I love gardening/plants and get really excited about it too. I currently have peppers, eggplants, leeks and tomatoes that have sprouted. Happy gardening :-)

I love gardening too! I change my outdoor beds in my yard each year and I have 5 plants in each room in my house! They clean the air and I find they really just help me feel more positive and "at home" in my house.
Your little tomato babies are adorable. Hope they keep growing and produce a yummy yield for you this summer!
