I have an iTouch and my current favorite App is the Angry Birds game. I know Ali LOVES that game. She was so excited to show us!
Shazam seems like such a useful tool too! Too bad the iTouch doesn't have a built-in mic. Biggest flaw of the Shazam: I tried singing to it, and i didn't recognize the song! boo :( hehe :)
There's also Talking Carl which is this adorable little application that repeats everything you say in a high pitched, distorted voice, but it's hilarious, and you can stretch its face and tickle it to make it laugh and stuff lol! look up some YouTube videos, it's pretty jokes

...but I tried the T-Pain app on a friend's iPhone the other and it's hilarious. It plays back whatever you say in autotune. Not useful in any way but it's hours of fun! hehe!

I've tried that before too!!
My friends actually made an entire music video for that haha. It sounded quite professional.

I also have an iTouch and I am addicted to the game Unblock me!!! I cannot stop playing it, and when I'm not playing it I'm moving the stupid blocks in my head! It's insanity lol
I also really like The Toronto Star app ... it allows you to download all the top story articles and read them offline! So handy!
Angry birds is also fun. If you like that one try action potato as well. It looks silly and the graphics are ... not good ... ha ha but its fun.

I love the Pulse app, a spectacular news reader which I have on my Android that will load news feeds complete with photos from blogs, websites, etc. I used to have an iPhone but got rid of it because they are so much slower than Androids. Slug-like. Makes me nuts :-) In addition, so many more apps are free for Androids, whereas you have to pay for many more iPhone apps. This one is 100% is free for my phone, but not sure about the iPhone version.
I also love more tech-based apps and things for further tweaking my phone. My favorite app of all, though, is an awesome one which you can use for insomnia, meditation, etc. Can't remember the name right now and my battery is dead. It plays nature sounds, monks chanting, ocean type effects, exotic instruments like sitars and tribal drums, insects, animals, lightening cracking, wind, singing bowls, etc while letting you zone out on beautiful, relaxing graphics. You can even wake up to the sounds of your choice. It's super customizable. And you can also get additional audio and graphic packs for it, like Rainforest and many others. Great stuff over headphones. It's like valium for me :-) And CHEAP!
