A few nights ago, I was hanging out with some friends and one friend shared a prank he played on a fellow co-worker that I thought I'd share with you all because I couldn't stop laughing! Basically, he decided to change around the keys on a computer keyboard of a coworker who apparently wasn't a very proficient typer. The result: the co-worker went nuts all day trying to find a solution to the apparent "virus" he believed his computer had!
Anyone else have any funny office stories like this? Played any pranks?

That's too funny! I could see myself being so flustered with that, but I think I would notice my keys out of order.

I'm the official prankster in our office, so I have quite a few stories to share. Some common easy to do pranks are:
scotch tape the wheels of a coworkers chair
put tape cover the light under the mouse and watch them struggle to figure out why their mouse isn't responding properly ;-)
If you have PS/2 mouse/keyboard the swap them (put the purple in the green, and green in the purple)
Umm.. what else...
Oh yes, one was pretty creative! At the xmas lunch, one of the pictures we took was of our VP feeding one of our managers (both guys, both good friends, done for fun). I printed the picture on see-through projector paper, then stuck the projector paper onto the VP's LCD Monitor...so it looks like the image has been embossed onto the screen! I don't recommend doing this if you're not good friends with the VP ..but I am so it worked out well :-)
Same VP, one evening was walking down the corridor, I peeked out of the corner and did a scary-whisper of his name and popped back into the corner. Waited a few seconds and repeated... third time I stuck my neck out the corner I saw that he was crouched down, creeping towards me! He got the fright of his life, and his reaction was SOO FUNNY!!! This I did 2 years ago and to this day he's trying to get back at me ..lol !!

I forgot to mention the VP is a TALL guy, so the image of him crouched low to the ground creeping towards the spooky sound was FUNNY :)
