This is a really fun place to go skating. It's free and you can rent skates for $7. The location is perfect right on the water and there are some nice restaurants near by to grab a bite afterwards such as Il Fornello (Italian), Lago, or Pink Pearl (Chinese dim sum). They always have music playing and though it can get crowded it is generally less crowded than Nathan Phillips Square

That's awesome, thank you for the idea! I always forget about the Natrel pond, except in the summer time for some reason.

I love this place for skating! I used to live literally across the street from it and forgot it was there half the time when I was looking for something to do! A definite hidden gem in Toronto!
