Filmmaker Anthony Cerniello set out to recreate the aging process in a video much like the time lapse videos that have become so popular. What's cool about his take (a film called Danielle) is that it's one continuous shot so it's like you don't even notice she's aged until she's actually old! Also to note is that the girl in the video is a 'composite person', created from photographing multiple people in the family.
Watch the video here! Let me know what you think.

It is definitely a must see. I can't decide whether I love it or am disturbed by it. Aging makes me sad. :(

Amazing, that is the only word I can think of to describe this 5min video. This young person grew old gracefully right before my eyes.I actually think you done an excellent job on depicting this very young person and what she would look like in her rocking chair years.I find it a little sad but yet intriuging.I do hope in my aging years that I can grow old and still redeem some of my facial features as she did in this video. You should be very proud of yourself and this fantastic video you have made.I truly like it very much so.

This reminds me of the joke about using aging software to convince the kid they are a time traveler haha

What an amazing and graceful film. Imagine being ale to capture that on film the way he did. I wonder what the young girl actually looks like now and how much will she resemble the last aged picture when she gets old. Would be intriguing to see follow up photo's.
