At Xmas when my husband and I were out to dinner, there was a gentleman eating by himself. When we paid our bill we added his onto ours without him knowing.

I was at Shopper's the other day and a older man in a wheelchair was trying to get some pop, but it was out of his reach and under all the empty crates. Other people saw him struggling with it and they all just kept walking away. I walked up behind him and just started moving every thing out of his way and helped him get as much as he wanted. He was so thankful for that little bit of help that he couldn't stop thanking me. I just told him it wasn't any trouble and I'd be happy to help him if he need more help, witch he didn't, but it made us both smile. If we can help we all should help out other's when their in need, no matter how small or how big the help they may need is. I always try to put myself in their shoes and I know how I would feel if no one would give me a hand when they could clearly see I needed it.
