Thank you for the tip! I have a family member who suffers acid reflux as well. I don't mean to be invasive but if you don't mind answering, where did your acid reflux derive from? Thank you!

It is esophogeal and it is burning and pain, very uncomfortable. It is just a wearing away of the esophogus and in my case pre cancerous.I try daily to keep it at bay

i might just have to try it. I started to get very bad acid reflux when i was pregnant. It never really went away afterwards. Its defiantly not as bad but i am still eating 1-3 Tums a day.

You would think that Mustard would be hard on the stomach taking it like that ,wouldn't it? I have it and didn't even know.I take medication for it twice daily to clear it up in my stomach so I won't have any problems with it later.I think the problem with it is that, your stomach makes so much Acid also and that is where the problem is coming from.
