Not entirely. I think I always over do my resolutions... My new resolution is to make my resolutions more realistic!

I don't make a resolution. If something needs to be modified in my life, I change it up - one day of the year does not mean a new beginning to me.
Every day is a new day :)

I stopped making resolutions for New Years - but I am a fellow recovering nail-biter! :-)
How wonderful it is to finally have a natural nail... until you break it.

|Congrats Stephs! on Apr 02, 2016 @ 07:43 pm|
MANY years ago my resolution was to stop biting my nails. It's really hard ... and it took me having that resolution for about 3 years before it worked. Once you stick to it, you never look back - and I have great natural nails now.
I always make resolutions - the stats show that those making resolutions have a much better chance of making life changes. I don't care if I make the same resolution for a number of years, it's the trying and keeping it as a target that counts
