I love my breakfast smoothies!
1/2c Kefir Milk (plain)
1/2 0% Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 Truvia/Stevia packet
Fill up Magic Bullet with frozen fruit. (lately I've used a tropical blend [pineapple, mango.papaya] but have also used strawberries & blueberries or a berry blend)
I make it at night, and freeze overnight. Pull it out of the freezer when I get up in the morning and make coffee. It slowly thaws during the morning, giving me something cold to sip on throughout the whole morning.

I usually just go for bran flakes, orange juice and a croissant, but a breakfast smoothie sounds lovely and I think I might invest in a blender
