I usually go to pinterest for these kinds of questions but I have a couple ideas I use at home.
Of course you could go with soup since its already cooked and mashed it should be easy or I always mix my mashed squash in with some mash potatoes and either eat them like that (makes the potatoes sweeter) or you can use to top a shepards pie with mmm delicious!

What my family does when we make a "Jiggs" dinner (from Newfoundland) the day after - we take the potatoes, squash, turkey, salt beef, carrots, and we put it all together and kinda mash it up and then fry it all and have it like a kinda stir fry lol! its called Hash :) There could be more steps im not sure, my sister always does it - maybe try googling Newfie Jiggs Hash :)

Butternut squash soup is always an option. My friend made butternut squash pancakes using the leftovers and they were DELICIOUS!

Don't laugh. I would make a load of shepherds pie with the squash and any left over turkey. Why not? They even sell chicken shepherds pie now.OR make up tv dinners. Whatever, load up the freezer when you do this. Also, you can safwely freeze squash if you want to.
