Canada Post Ticket

Does anyone know how to track a Canada Post Ticket? I was sent a ticket # not a Tracking #. This is the number that my parcel was given for its way back to the shipper. I signed up at Canada Post but have no clue how to check this.

Why don't you contact them. Canada post should be able you help

Definitely call customer service. They should be able to walk you through the process.

Don't go into the postal offices as that is not their job (and they will tell you to call customer service)

re-routing a package that was sent out with wrong postal code on Dec 22, 2016 @ 12:13 pm

To whom this may concern,

We sent out a package of December 1st, 2016 with the following tracking number; 0102706000325057 with Bureau # 102706 --- 7355 blvd. St. Michel. The Customer service agent accidentally wrote the wrong postal code on your request forms. Now my package has not been sent to the right place. How can it be re-routed to the proper address;

SENDER FROM: 7355 blvd St. Michel suite 200 Mtl, Qc H2A2Z9

RECEIVER TO: Karine, Innova Instruments Ophthalmiques 1105 Autoroute 13, Laval Qc H7W 5J8

Re-routing a package that was accidentally sent to the wrong postal code on Dec 22, 2016 @ 12:19 pm

To whom this may concern,

I sent out a package for delivery on the 1st of Dec. 2016 at the following Bureau# 102706. Your Customer service agent, accidentally wrote the wrong postal code and now my package is left somewhere or with someone for the receiver to pick up. (not the destination I requested)

my tracking number is as follows; 0102706000325057

was sent out to: Karine Innova Instruments Ophthalmiques 1105 Autoroute 13 Laval, Qc H7W 5 J8

However, the postal code that was entered wrongly was: H1L5W5. Can someone please contact me how to re-route the package to the appropriate destination? angela@santevisuelle.com.
