But depending on where you shop, you can get some discounts by signing up for newsletters from the store. For example, every week I get personalized coupons from Sobey's and Metro on stuff that I buy often

Online, some grocery stores have coupon portals such as Walmart, Metro .....
There are websites like smartsource and websaver as atasteofmadness has said. Pgeveryday has coupons too

Try pgeveryday.ca they have some really good ones.
I am also a member of Zweet and Checkout 51, they are sites that give you cash back for buying certain products, and they change the products weekly.

Keep an eye out for the free newspapers (where all the flyers are) there coupons inserts from Redplum, P&G and Smartsource. (You could print them all online)
The inserts has special coupons which are higher dollar amount. :) I just got them today with my flyers.
