Does anyone actually know how many points and/or time spent on this site is needed to qualify for a product to receive for review? I do know it's geared to where one lives, age, reviews etc. but I keep missing out . I am NOT complaining, just sort of disappointed.

I have no idea! I wish they had more info on those sorts of thing on this website

I originally thought it was the amount of reach you had (ie: social media, blog, etc) but that doesn't make sense because they don't require you to talk about it over any of these channels

I wish we knew more information about it as well

Just go with it and have fun! I like the sense of community and involvement - getting products to test out is a perk.
Chickadvisor is also my go-to place to check out reviews for products I am unsure about purchasing.

Only advice I can give is review, review, review. That's how you get picked, not points.

I read somewhere that you only need to review at least 3 products to qualify!? I got my first opportunity with only reviewing a few products and under 300 points. I don't think the points is how you qualify, I think it has a lot to do with how you answer the survey when you apply for the products. (that's just my guess). I hope that helps. :)

Sorry forgot to mentioned that I also read that sometimes it's a random draw as well. I think it's all the information I read is at the Review Club and how it works.

I really like the community here as well! :)

I don't think the amount of points or time spent factors in your qualification for product reviews. After you register, review 5 products, and take their "Get to know you" survey, it's a matter of waiting for a product offer and taking their survey honestly and hope for the best.
There are hundreds, if not thousands of ChickAdvisors who want in on testing a product but only those who follow the description they're looking for will qualify. Example: they wouldn't want to send you a peanut snack bar if you're allergic to peanuts. Or dog food if you don't have a dog. Right? But don't worry, you will get something to review someday :)

Chick Advisor explained this a few months ago. You have to be active on the site by doing reviews etc, it is based in your answers from surveys and it is luck. I have almost 30000 points and haven't been picked much while others I know have been picked for 3 campaigns in a row so it really just depends. I got picked for the last campaign but nothing else for a longtime. There have been so many great products to try. I am sure you will get picked soon:)
