I know a lot of you work and get up in the mornings, but when you're off do you go to bed early or are you like me, a night hawk?

Some nights I fall asleep around 9 or 10...and then others I get caught up in FB games, or a movie or my book, and realize it's 2am before I fall asleep.

Im usually sound asleep by 10! When I am feeling crazy ill stay up until 11ish lol. its usually me getting up at 5-6 in the morning with the kids and I like feeling well rested in the morning.

I'm usually in bed by ten,staying up late is a thing of the past for me .lol

Baby goes to bed by 9:30 and I go to bed around 11 or 12. Up at 6am!

I go by 11 haven't worked in so long my sleep is awful now. No routine I hate it.. I set an alarm for 8 during the week it's a bit better

I don't know what you would call me because,I have Insomnia and I can stay awake for hours and hours,especially in the night time and I don't nap in the day time,never did.I would love to be able to go to bed around midnight and not wake till 7:a.m. next morning.I haven't done this in seventeen years.I guess I am some kind of a night owl.I hate this though because I want to go to bed when ,as I say,normal people do.I get up every morning at 6:a.m. or a little earlier,depending on my cats.Jake usually wakes me for Breakfast and Molly follows right behind.That's my two Babies.

Night hawk.. late nights and sleep till my shift.
NEVER do gave yards! It messes up all sleeping pattern

I'm a night hawk. I'm a stay at home mama, so the only me time I have is when baby is sleeping.
