Exercise

I've decided that every second day I'm going to do at least a half hour total on my exercise bike & gazelle. I have gained a bit of weight and don't feel good at all. I hope I can keep it up. I walked every day till the snow came and not working doesn't. Help. In my job I walk at least ten miles a day.

I'm very overweight, but feel so unfit since my foot injury. I don't mind being fat, but I'd like to be a bit fitter, so I'm gonna try too with my treadmill! Sending you good thoughts!

It's been years since I did any regular exercise ... but I walk enough to keep relatively fit.

It's the weather here that is keeping me feeling like this.'snow and ice aren't safe for walking and can't have a good walk in boots so will settle for my machines till spring comes!

I am the thinnest I have ever been and I had my baby 6 months ago. I eat somewhat healthy and only drink water. My baby is my exercise haha. I spent all day and all night holding her because she was colic. That stopped and now she is 22 pounds. So carrying her around and nursing really helped the weight melt off. Lol i really need to exercise more though. I can't wait for nice weather! I still need to tone my body after this baby. I may get out an exercise DVD. They aren't so bad to do plus I don't need to go out and freeze!

I am waiting for the nice weather too but just feel horrible the worst I think in a long time. Time to do something about it! You will be fine @charbella the baby keeps you busy and before you know it you will be outside!

I need to get motivated myself ,I put weight on every year and this past year can't seem to lose it and now I feel so blah, might get back into Zumba ,good look with your excersises Sandra

I started zumba again since I had my baby and I am really happy to start exercising again. Although my baby keeps me quite busy lol.

I find I get a little lazy over the winter and gain a few pounds. Just started back to doing something every second day , even is we just go for a walk. Hard to get motivated when you are so tired after work.

I want to try Zumba but I think I would be terrible at it. Any kind of dance exercise I just can't seem to get the hang of it! Ha it looks so fun
