Step one collect coupons as many as you can even ones you wouldn't use
Next get people you know to collect to so you have someone to trade with
Find your coupon sources : superstore , fortinos and nofrills all have coupon boards check them offten
Sign up for sites like smartcanuk and save.ca that put up the weekly match ups

I try to coupon whenever I can. I just find the expiration date is usually up before the item goes on sale. When I do find a match up, they are out of stock. Some stores even take the featured products off the shelf until after the coupon has expired!

I love to coupon and so does my family. My 8 year old son loves searching for new tear pads in the stores and my husband loves getting things for free with our coupons!
