Favourite Cookbook?

Like my mother, I have begun to hoard way too many cookbooks that I don't use frequently enough. I have a bunch by Rachael Ray, a few WeightWatchers ones, and then a bunch of random ones. I have to say though, my all-time favourite cookbook was one my grandparents got for me when I was a teenager, "Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook" (https://www.amazon.ca/Better-Homes-Gardens-Cook-Sixteenth/dp/0544307070/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1473355654&sr=8-1&keywords=better homes and gardens).

It breaks the basics of cooking down and also teaches you more advanced techniques. It's great for beginners and pros because it's so readable and understandable. They have great options to personalize your meals and they have something from every category.

But being the hoarder I am, I love trying new cookbooks!
So what I would like to know is what is your all-time favourite cookbook?

if I could only ever own one cookbook it would have to be "The Joy of Cooking". Covers everything you could need, and uses simple ingredients. My copy is over 25 years old and you can still buy the new versions.

I absolutely love Jean Pare's Company's Coming cookbooks! It's really hard to pick one out of the set they are all so fantastic! They have probably the best down to earth everyday cooking recipes!

The Company's Coming series is fantastic, with my favorite being the Holiday Entertaining one. Some of the recipes could use a little updating, though :)

Definitely The Joy of Cooking. My mom bought me my own copy when I went away for university 20 years ago, and it's still my cooking Bible.
I also love the Hungry Girl cookbooks.

Right now I have a few cook books that I bought at the thrift store or discounted. "Everyday Light Meals". I'm working on a receipt binder.
