Do you have a party, or get together coming up and need something quick and easy to make?

Give this a try and I bet it becomes a family favorite.





Peanut butter
Chocolate Fudge

¾ cups melted
butter



2 cups gram
cracker crumbs



11/2 cups
peanut butter



2 cups icing
sugar



11/2 cups milk
chocolate chips melted

Base



Mix melted butter
and gram cracker crumbs together, beat in peanut butter and icing sugar. Place
evenly into a 9”x13” pan.



 



Topping



In non-stick
saucepan melt chocolate chips, stirring often. When chocolate chip are melted
and smooth pour evenly over base. Cool for about 20 minutes, cut while still
warm into squares and refrigerate until completely cooled. Remove from pan and
place into resalable container.

Crust:


2 cups all
purpose flour


2cups oats


1cup packed
brown sugar


1tsp baking
soda


1cup butter,
melted



Topping


1(300g) pkg
milk chocolate chips


1cup-slivered
almonds


1(225) pkg.
Chipits skor toffee bits


11/3-cups Caramel
sundae sauce


1/3-cup
all-purpose flour



Crust: Combine
first four ingredients in mixing bowl, add butter and mix well. Reserve
11/4cups of mixing for topping.


Press remainder
into greased 13”x9” cake pan, bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.



Topping:
Combine baking chips, almonds and toffee bits. Sprinkle evenly over base. Mix
together sundae sauce and flour until smooth. Pour evenly over crust. Sprinkle
reserved oat mixture on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer, or until golden.
Cool completely, then cut into squares.



Tip:


Use semi-sweet
chips instead of the milk chocolate chip and cut into smaller squares.
