bubblybunny	Hello Fellow Canadians! Happy Canada Day! What did everyone do to celebrate? We live in Ottawa and we normally go downtown to join in the celebration. But with a baby this year, we decided to stay close to home and went to a smaller celebration held in our own neighbourhood. It was fun and there were tons of kids, with shows and foods. We had a great time!! :)

misslissa	To Celebrate... on Jul 01, 2009 @ 08:34 pm Canada Day my boyfriend and I slept in. We snuggled in bed until noon and then I made us a delicious brunch. He then surprised me with a trip to the Muttart Conservatory here in Edmonton. I have never been before so it was really fun and romantic. We took our time looking at all of the beautiful flowers and foliage. We took a lot of cute pictures and enjoyed the experience. He even got me my first orchid! (My favorite flower) After that we picked up some bubble teas and desserts from my favorite asian bakery in town and got ready to prepare dinner for my brother and his girlfriend. Tonight we will go to the roof of our condo to cuddle under a blanket and watch the fireworks. It's a pretty laid back day but it was fun and romantic. It's perfect. I hope everyone else is having/had a great time too!
