|Goat cheese & asparagus stuffed chicken breasts! on May 07, 2012 @ 11:00 am|
Sounds rich doesn't it, but it's super healthy and just as yummy!
Buy any type of spreadable goat cheese, spread it over marinated flat chicken breasts, add 2 stocks of the asparagus and roll it up! Hold it in place with 2 toothpicks and broil in the over at 400 degrees for about half hr or until you see the chicken is done! I usually have it with roasted veggies or a nice salad! Tastes like heaven!

I'm super lazy when it comes to cooking especially because usually I only cook for one. Lately, I have been trying to get in as much protein as possible too so easy to cook items like tofu and chicken has become staples for me. I love making stir frys as well because they take such little effort and I can leave them to cook for a while without anything happening.
I'm also a big fan of sweet potato fries and kale chips (recipe here: http://www.chickadvisor.com/article/healthy-foods-and-eating-right-kale-chips-recipe/)
I have a HUGE sweet tooth as well and so for low cal, or healthier desserts I always go to this site:

|Kale Chips on Apr 10, 2013 @ 07:11 pm|
@alexjc I've been meaning to try and make Kale Chips. I've been hearing about them from everyone. I've had Kale when juicing, but it would be nice to have it as a chip.
For me I like to eat greek yogurt with a bit of cocoa powder in it and dip it in fruit, it's so good. I also like to mix greek yogurt with a crystal light packet to mix up the flavor a bit!
