I am a go to hummus and anything kind of girl. I started making my own hummus and adding things for different flavours like ginger/sesame and roasted red peppers, spinach, etc. I even made a batch of baba ganoush last week and it was super delicious as well. Keeping with this theme, I often make dried chickpeas which are a yummy crunchy snack and you can flavour them many ways.

I am a smoothie freak lol and mangos and avacado are a new obsession of mine. Other than that i would say the veggie straws from costco, almost like a chip but light and airy.

I have been making a lot of energy bites lately. I make mine with almond butter, chia seeds, oats, stuff like that.
