the profile picture tool is working on our end. Have you tried another browser, or perhaps allowing pop-ups?
If you could explain a little further where the problem is happening, we will be able to help you better.
Here's how it (is supposed to) work:
Step 1: access your profile Settings. This should be at the very top of your screen beside your profile name.
Step 2: click on the Gallery tab
Step 3: click on Browse for Images. This should open a pop-up to your hard drive.
Step 4: select the picture you want and click "open" or "save".
Step 5: if you make a mistake, click the "Delete" button which will put a red box around the image and then hit Update.
If you have multiple profile images, you can decide which one will be the main display by clicking on it which should put a green box around it. Then click Update.
