I say that only because that's what my Mom said/says all the time and she's in her 50's. If I'm wrong I hope I haven't offended you!
I agree, I was pleasantly surprised by Zac Effron. I originally thought he was an over-coiffed Hollywood cheeseball but he was surprisingly cute in this one.
However my favourite characters were his best friend and the principal. Alex even knew they were speaking Elf. I didn't know there was such a thing. It just doesn't get any geekier than that! |

and I think he's got a little man crush on Zac Effron now. I really enjoyed it as well and I too a, quite embarrassed. Although I am not sure if I am more embarrassed about watching the movie and liking it or that my man talks about how hot Zac Effron is when we are out in public. It has gotten as bad as bf buying High School Musical singing cards for all of our friends and relatives on special occasions that have nothing to do with the them of the celebration.

I told my boyfriend that I want to see it and he thought I was joking. He said "What do you have a crush on that Effron kid or something?" I said "so what if I do?" LOL Then I told my friend about my boyfriends reaction and she said "don't talk to me" lol so evidently it is something to be ashamed of.
Oh well, I am still a teenager at heart when it comes to cheesy movies and music (Backstreet Boys anyone? ... no, I did not go to their concert last summer LOL) I can live with that |
