My face is Red Lentil Curry.
Just a pack of french shallots or one onion, garlic, some stock, red lentils, celery, carrots and tomatos.
Fry the onion, garlic and carrots for five minutes. Add everything else. Simmer half an hour, done. Super healthy and you can freeze it.

My mom had this chicken salad on one of her cruises and really liked it. She got the recipe and now it is one of my favourites.
Princess Chicken and Cashew Waldorf Salad
2 ½ oz. cashews
2 c. roasted chicken cut in bite-size pieces
1 Granny Smith apple; cored, peeled and chopped
2 celery stalks, sliced diagonally
½ small onion, chopped
⅓ c. mayonnaise
⅓ c. plain yogurt
⅓ c. coconut milk
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
½ t. grated lemon zest
1 pinch grated nutmeg
Salt and white pepper
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place cashews on a dry baking sheet in a single even layer. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until cashews are toasted and lightly browned. Remove from oven. Cool completely before adding to salad. Reserve 2 T. cashews for garnish.
Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt and coconut milk in a small bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and lemon zest and blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, apple, celery, onion and toasted cashews. Pour the mayonnaise mixture on top and mix well.
Garnish with reserved 2 T. cashews and serve.

Does anyone have a tasty Salmon recipe?
|! on Mar 21, 2016 @ 11:09 am|
Stephs.fav.stuff I have the best (in my opinion) salmon recipe ever!!
this has been passed on from my sister who got it from a friend so I don't have a real recipe, but you won't be disappointed. it turns out tasting like BUTTER.
1/2 onion, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped finely
1 packet chicken bouillon
1 pinch paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch parsley (dry or fresh)
basically what you want to do is heat up your frying pan with olive oil, then place your salmon and top it with all of the ingredients above. Cover and let simmer about 5 minutes then flip over and cook for another minute or so, or until flaky and falls apart.
this is literally the best recipe I've ever made for salmon and it works out every single time
