Does anyone have an iPhone 4s? I've had one for almost 3 yrs I think. I own it now and it's been getting slow and the battery goes down fast.  I have turned off everything except for what I need.  No notifications for anything except messages, phone and Google I think.  Screen brightness is down.  I got a new battery a couple weeks ago installed cheap $40.  But doesn't seem to be helping still charging a couple times a day.  I have a great plan or I would just renew but will lose the plan if I do. I saw a refurbished iPhone 5c today on Amazon for $199.00 so tempted what do you think?

No!! on Jan 26, 2016 @ 05:46 am

Not worth it!! I just got rid of my 5C after a year. I loved it at first, but there is really no space on it. If it has the newest updated software on it, there is no room for anything!! It's an 8G phone, but the iOS uses over 5G of it.
I did just get a 16G 5S and I'm madly in love with it.
I'm guessing you always close the background apps too? (Double click home and swipe up?)

I got an iPhone 5S a couple weeks ago. It's very similar to what I loved in the 4S...screen is a little bigger, and twice the space! (I got the 16G...less expensive than a 32G, and I really don't need that much space anyway)

Depending what provider you're with you can keep the same plan, just upgrade the phone. You can get a 5s for free if you look around. I got mine free plus $100 credit a year ago at Wireless Wave and my plan is thru Rogers.

thanks but ive looked already I have a great plan and where my provider is they changed the plans and the price is higher by $20 a month. I am going to buy a phone once I find a good deal, was just looking at amazon yesterday. There is a repair shop in town that sells refurbished unlocked but prices are too high. Will keep looking....
