I was cleaning my Keurig the otherday and it died on me. I had it for only 14 months and the warrenty is good for 12. I left a msg on the fb site for Keurig and they got right back to me. They put me in touch with a customer service rep and within minutes they said they would send me out a brand new one. A lot nicer model then the one I had. I am beyond happy with Keurigs customer service. From now on they will be my go to brand.. Has anyone else had a good experience with a companies customer service..

I had good customer service with kobo. When my ereader was not working they sent me a new one! When I have heard they had terrible customer service.

A friend had hers break ( I think a piece of it broke off) and she did have to spend some time on the phone but they sent her a brand new one (the new model) free of charge.
