I found this from Busy and Living Pretty and I just want to share it with all you wonderful people. We all get so caught up with our busy schedules and dramas that sometimes we forget the good things in life. This list is comprised of 45 statements that we should take into our hearts and stop once in a while to think about what is important to us.

Wow girl thanks for sharing!!! I loved it and am passing it around to some friends/coworkers as a pick-me-up email.
I love all of them, but I think a few that really strike me is
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
In today's (dissatisfied, vain) world this is very poignant:
36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
I'm blessed by having lived through some worst moments in life (umm, sure, I almost always think of it as a "blessing", anyways), because of which I really (again: almost always) appreciate life as it is...something very special.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special..
Thanks for sharing! :)

I love that phrase.
I had this very close friend of mine who recently passed away, and he would always say that no matter how bad the situation is.
#1 really helps me realize not to fret over the little things, like my friend always told me to.

So sorry to hear that. I'm sure your friend is in a better place now.

These are all true but one of my favorites is: Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
Good reminder to be content with what we have :) Thanks for posting Tammy!
