You can try looking at Walmart and Save.Ca coupon portal, they do have some mail in coupons. You can also do the shoppers voice survey, people say you do get coupons in the mail but I have done it months ago and never got anything... it's worth a try though. Lastly, for your situation, I would recommend reaching out to companies directly, in your case, pampers. They do have coupons on their website but you can kindly request if they can send you coupons because you don't have access to printer. Not sure what the outcome would be but it's worth a try. All I can find is Save.ca. They have a mix of ones you can print off or have mailed.

There was a time not so long ago,there was a lot of sites that would mail out coupons.Now,just about every one of them has,print whatever you want.I like it when they use to send them out.

There are quite a few actually. Just go to google and type in companies that mail coupons. I've been doing this for a long time now and i get so many.Give it a try

Yes, websaver does, also save.ca, walmart, and gocoupons to name a few.
