You know, kudos to you! I always mean to, but never quite get around for it. I know it's a great money saver and way to eat healthier, but I'm always ill so I never do it. I live in hope!

This will be the end of week 5.
I make 30 meals on Sunday afternoons/evenings - 10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 10 dinners.
I use the Beachbody food plans, and we tweaked some of the recipes a bit after some failures, and found what we liked.
It has made my life SOOOO much easier! No more thinking about what to eat. Having dinner ready in 2 minutes after we come home from after work cycling.
And losing 16 pounds since we started (15 for husband) definitely makes me think we made the right lifestyle choice!
3 hours of my time on Sundays is worth the savings both in food not being wasted, proper portions and nutritional value, and our waistlines so we can hone in our cycling best this year!

@crystaljam, Congrats to you and hubby on the weight loss. You have inspired me.
I really need to start doing this...it's good on so many levels. I want to create a menu based on sale items, (which hopefully I've price matched and couponed thanks to you chicks). Especially for my sons and I , who all work different shifts, it would be an incredible time saver. Also, I could avoid last minute trips to the store, which always end up costing more than anticipated. Finally, I am looking to lose a few pounds, and one of my sons is a bodybuilder who is bulking up naturally, so I would love to have the base meal ready, and each prepare our sides based on those goals.
