I'm a busty girl - so I only get away with no-bra at home. I wear sports bras the rest of the time for the support. I haven't seen the write up about the benefits of not wearing a bra though I'd like to read it - anything that justifies me going bra free!

I just posted about the no-undies question, and said that I hate wearing a bra...I'd love to read that write up you mentioned, Irememberu!

Ok girls if interested.... My friend told me about it and to type in the benefits of going without a bra so i did and was quite surprised. She didn't gave me a link, just googled it . Apparently there are some real benefits, and I so believe it because I do not wear a bra and can attest to what they said.

Especially for women with large breasts like me. I used to work for a lingerie company and I learnt a lot about it, a good bra offers great support. I am 40 and my breast despite de big size looks amazing so only no bra to sleep or when relaxing at home.

Natural DD's here. Not possible for these puppies unless I'm sleeping and even then sometimes I have to wear a light hold sports bra.
Because they're natural and I'm 39, I can't even lay on my back without them falling to my throat and making it hard to breathe. And now, thanks to gravity and age, I have to do that old woman move: bend over, wiggle and pour myself into my bra when putting it on. Not an attractive sight.
Maybe if my husband would stop squeezing them in wonder like they were toys they wouldn't be quite so squishy and choke me in bed.
In all seriousness though, bigger busts need support because you can develop back problems from the weight of them and by wearing an ill fitting bra or one without the right support.
For smaller breasted women, I say go for it! It would be nice not to have straps digging into you and be able to wear clothing with cutouts, backless or strapless styles with no worries. Slap on some pasties and you're good to go.
I'm curious to know what the benefits are of going braless.

With...never without. I am too uncomfortable without. Age and gravity has not been kind LOL...I do like the feeling of them sagging. I am neither small or big busted but my best friend is anything from La Senza or VS. Putting them back to where they were when I was young and before children.

Mine is off the second I get home. There's a huge plus size bra problem here in Canada and I can't even get one that fits so it doesn't help!
But being busty I usually wear a bra and a sports bra when I go out *sigh*

I'm not busty, so I can decide to not wear a bra if I did not want to. One time, I couldn't be bothered to put one on I had to run some errands with my mum so I just wear a scarf and make sure it covers my chest so it isn't obvious
I remember reading once that it is good to not wear a bra so you can let your lymph nodes breathe (correct me if this is wrong but this is what I remember!)
I used to hate going bra-less but now I can tolerate it, and actually, I didn't know how comfortable it was! -- especially when I go sleep. I don't know why I haven't done it sooner
