"Vaping" is so obnoxious, IMHO. I realize that some people transition to electronic cigarettes as a means to help toss the habit of smoking, but I absolutely can't stand the culture of it. It's the new veganism - as in people just will not miss an opportunity to plug in to a conversation that they "vape". Lol.
It needs to be given the same rules as smoking cigarettes have - not in public areas, indoors, etc. Some of the liquid cartridges have tobacco, and even the ones that don't are offensive to be blown in your face/area.

No. I tried smoking on high school and hated it. The smell of it true goers a migraine for me, so I stay as far away from smoke as I can. I think vaping can be a helpful tool for people who are trying to quit smoking.
I personally don't like to be around vaping. I don't like it to be blown in my face/area, I don't like the smell of it. I am glad that where we live, vaping is treated the same as smoking and must be done in smoking areas only.

Are you vamping now Dollysgramma?
Both my brother and father stopped smoking and starting vaping.
I think it's just substituting one bad habit for another.

Sounds like vaping is cheaper than smoking. That might be the reason it's becoming a bit of a trend.

I've never smoked and really can't tolerate being around anyone who does since it makes me feel so nauseous. I've read that vaping doesn't pose the same risks as cigarettes do, but it does come with it's own baggage of side effects, some of them very serious in the long run. In my opinion, you'd just be replacing one evil with another. Vaping is a billion dollar industry, so obviously they'll try to promote it as a better option, but I suggest reading the research first and see if it's really something you want to put your body through. Personally, I feel that trying to quit both is the best choice.

Stephs.favstuff First, nooffence BUT vapers don't necessarily blow it in your face as some girls said here.Secondly, Yes it's cheaper. However it is much healthier.YES I vape and it is the lesser of two evils. I have the feeling I shouldn't have brought up the subject, could be wrong but it's the vibe I felt. And NO I don't blow it in anyone's face as someone said and NO they do not stink. It is everyone's perogative to have their own opinion and I respect that, as well as I hope you all respect mine. Rae Blair Obnoxious????? Not the proper word to use in regards to vaping. Not nice as it is obvious to anyone that I am a vaper Thanks a lot
