This is so not appealing to me... but I could see him finding a niche market (especially in California)

Not something I'd drink.

haha Not my cup of tea (or soda), but as Lauren said, I think they may find a niche market!

Will it be legal? Is medicinal marijuana legalized? I'm so ignorant when it comes to drugs....
But I agree with everyone; not my cup o' soda at all.

I'm in no way fully informed about drug legislation in the US ... But, the latest news on legalized use is the debate over Proposition 19 to make it legal for adults to possess and carry one ounce with them and grow upto 25 square feet of it on their property.
|prop 19 on Jan 25, 2011 @ 02:35 pm|
And I believe prop 19 is ONLY a California ballot item. They tend to be the most progressive of the states and always try things first. I would suspect Canna Cola is a California thing and I would not be shocked if its out of Santa Cruz!
Hah! I just checked out the link to the article - Soquel, CA. That is stone's throw east of Santa Cruz.

Isn't soda supposed to be refreshing? This does not sounds like a thirst quencher to me!
