I think the other one I signed up for was Shoppers Confidential.
But then I developed agoraphobia, so I haven't done any yet. They are very professional and legit looking though and they have sent me offers.

@wonderwhatif - Can you give us an example of some of the offers they presented you with? Thank you!!

Thanks muchly! I do my best.
They offer movie ones where you have to and count everyone who enters the hall to see the movie, or trailer checks, to write stuff down about the trailers. I didn't actually complete any, as mentioned above.
There were also some for restaurants and you get a 'limit' that you have to stay under. You have to make sure to read all the stuff very carefully though and do everything right to get your refund.
It's pretty complex.
Field Agent app is a lot more accessible for me. But it's not really 'mystery shopping' as such with Field Agent.
When I'm feeling better I'll probably try some more mystery shopping, but I keep meaning to transfer the account to my husband's name so if I have a bad day he can do it instead.

Thanks for the added info! It seems interesting, but I don't know if I'll be able to devote time to this at the moment. I'll see if any other family members would be interested, as it does look like it would be entertaining at the same time.
