Hey everyone! I need some advice, I left a WalMart bag with a candle in the back seat of my car (fabric seats) and totally forgot it back there and while I was at work my car was in the sun all day and the candle melted all over the back seat.
Does anyone have any idea how I can clean the seat? It's all oily from the wax. I want to see if I can clean it myself so I don't have to take it to get detailed and explain my stupidity :P
Thanks a million!

Hi try the oxy clean for carpets it seems to work well on carpets maybe it will work on the fabric of your seats

try putting ice on the area, which will freeze the wax, making it easier to remove. Then any detergent for the oil left behind...
bTW, sounds like something I would do...lol

Oh no.. I hate it when stuff like that happens, but they do happen.
My husband had to buy an old truck so we could move. The truck has gum stuck all over the seats. He managed to remove them all off and the seats were so cleaned afterwards. Here is how;
You know anyone or have a steam cleaner? They work like magic. I"m not kidding you. He borrowed his friend's steam cleaner and steam cleaned the seats. The gum even came off. You could try and see if anyone you know has one that you could borrow? If you have one, than great. It's the one that cleans carpets would work as well.

I would definitely say to try oxiclean. I've used it on seriously the toughest of tough stains and it worked amazingly.
