Who else hates Rogers. My TV froze tonight and won't work. I just spent 1 hour on hold to be told sorry we don't know what the issue is or when it will be fixed. I pay an arm an a leg for my service and that is what I get.
Just a little vent ... urgh

I live in a complex and it's part of it so I can't switch which makes me even more frustrated

I am with you on this. I had Source TV Internet, phone and cable up until a month or two ago. Ever since Rogers has bought out Source. My Internet got down all the time, TV has been freezing on certain channels and I am just waiting for my monthly bill to increase. I had cell phones with them years ago the bill was just crazy. I am not liking this change time will tell I guess. Good Luck to both of us.

I was with them for cell service for 6 years. Coverage was awful, I spent countless hours on hold when I needed help with something, unlocking my phone AFTER I had paid for it was such a hassle. They had awful customer service, were clueless when something went wrong and had poor areas of coversge(even in spots where they swore they had service but 'for some reason it just isn't working).

Dont get me going on Rogers! Lol I have such a deep hatred towards them.
Its the most expensive bill in my house and half the time my ROD doesn't work or my channels freeze. Not to mention that you spend half the day on hold with customer service to tell you to unplug it and plug it back in.
Horrible service.
