What do you add to make your salad? besides the usual lettuce, tomato, cucumber?
I tried radicchio instead of iceberg lettuce and really like it as a "base" to add other veg to.
What's you secret salad creation?

I tried the lettuce greens one time from earthbound lettuce the( herb one) and loved how the fresh cilantro and dill tasted in there...So when I make a basic salad with lettuce greens, tomato, cucumber.I also add fresh cilantro and dill, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, avocado, chives or diced red onion and feta for a treat. For a dressing I just love oil and vinegar with garlic.

My all time favorite is greek salad-tomatoes,green peppers, cucumbers, black olives, red onion, fresh oregano, feta and olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice.YUM!

Oh my! I'm craving a Greek salad now!

I absolutely love "Boston" lettuce, for making salads. Spinach salads are great too. I'm not much of a "salad" veggie person - but I normally include cucumber, and carrot slices. I'll also add in seeds (sunflower, or roasted pumpkin seeds) and of course, cheese!

My favorite go to salad is a boxed of mixed greens, sliced strawberries , cubed cucumber topped off with Pure Kraft Raspberry Poppyseed (refrigerated) dressing. Super delicious!
