Under the category of "sheesh, they have a Day for everything!", mark your calendars for January 22nd, the National Soup Swap Day.
It's an occasion to exchange containers of homemade soup with your family and friends and an oh-so-cozy way to healthi-fy your winter menu.
Cool idea, right?

I like these designated days, they give you something to celebrate or just laugh at.
Soap swapping is a fun idea, but I'm not sure I'm up for the challenge of making my own (at least not one I would wish to gift someone else with)

I love soups, especially homemade ones! We're just about to polish off our split pea and ham soup from our leftover Christmas ham.
One of my favorite weirdo holidays is on September 19th:
International Talk Like a Pirate Day
