i am so fed up with trying to come up with ideas for supper. I'd love to have a list of ideas...would make grocery shopping easier, and maybe I wouldn't cringe so much when I hear "what's for supper". A few of my go to meals are:
Spaghetti ...I make a huge sauce and freeze it
Tacos or fajitas
What are you're quick, easy, go to faves?

1. Hamburger patties-make a bunch and they can be used for hamburgers and Salisbury steak with whatever gravy/sauce you fancy
2. Alfredo sauce mix with different types of pasta/vegetables/meat; this one is our all time favourite http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/mccormick-international-alfredo-sauce-mix/6000024670420
3. "fried rice" I take bacon/onion and fry them add rice/peas/soy sauce-this can be a side dish or make a full meal by adding shrimp/chicken/beef/more veggies
4. meatball subs with frozen meatballs
5. ham in the slow cooker (we like the ones with the bone) I do 10 hrs with mustard and brown sugar

Meatballs - I make a big batch and freeze lots. Use them in spaghetti sauce, other sauces with rice or noodles, soups.
Slow cooker beef stew. I buy the Club House packet of spices. It's really good.
Stir fry - with chicken or beef cut thinly. Carrots, celery, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, rice. Topped with my fave peanut sauce recipe.
Chef salad - lettuce, hard boiled eggs, grated cheese, chopped carrots, diced chicken or ham.
Whole chicken - in slow cooker or oven. I use the leftovers for sandwiches or homemade chicken noodle soup.

Coultlee Never had sweet and sour meat balls. I'd love them. Do I just use ordinary sweet and sour sauce for them??
