Do any of you ladies have experience with this? I've been thinking of getting one for making chips (fries for you non-brits haha), but it's a steep price tag.

I have about 80 dollars of Amazon vouchers and have really been considering it. If I end up getting it I'll definitely review it!

I don't own one (yet - it just hasn't made it to the top of the list yet), but both my parents and the in-laws own one, and I use it often at both of their houses. Easy to use, produces great fries, and fairly easy to clean up. I will own one myself sooner or later!

My mom and sister both have one. I wanted to get one, and then stumbled across the Kitchen Hero which is a fraction of the cost and does the same thing. I cook fries and things in it as well as use it to cook chickens whole, and have been very pleased with it. Canadian Tire usually has some great discounts on the Acti-fry but that won't help with your Amazon GCs...

Thanks! I don't know anyone who used it, so your input is so appreciated.

Wow! I'll have to check out the KitchenHero, the only alternative I saw was the Big Boss!

Thanks so much.
