I'm taking some courses online "full time", I'm also working 40hours a week. I do my class work throughout my day as time permits as I'm doing my work-work. I end up staying back until 10pm, 11pm, and one day went home at 12:30am because I need to finish my class work.
I'm using an agenda to plan my school work, as well every week I plan the weeks task on a day by day basis. I'm still feeling overwhelmed. Do you have any tips on how I can better manage my time?

The only advise I would offer is be sure to get plenty of rest when you can so that you don't burn out and get to overly stressed.

Having an agenda is good. I have one but I rarely use it. If you use an agenda, be sure to put your schedules in the agenda. I neglected my agenda after I started using my online calender but since I am a paper and pencil kind of girl, that didn't work to well for me. If I have to open my computer up to see my calender then I end up browsing the webs instead.
Also set up personal dateline for yourself. Even if your paper is not due for the next 2 weeks, set up a dateline to finish it before that due date. I will be graduating soon and I'm finally grasping time-management.

I work full time and am taking a class in school, volunteering two - three times a week and have a social life still (sometimes).
I find what works best for me is really managing my time in chunks. Giving myself a couple of hours to do school work, getting enough rest at night so I don't burn out, planning my evenings out with making dinner and doing any school work or errands that come up.
I use the calendar in my blackberry to manage my personal life, at work I have a calendar whiteboard I use... I find them both VERY helpful.

That's definitely a lot on your plate and a ton to handle. I totally understand how you are feeling too, in college, I went to school fulltime, worked part time and interned. Keeping up was difficult. Using an agenda, making lists and using a calender all helped me. I also prioritize what I need to work on. So, I will make a list of things I need to do and I would (I still do too!) number them 1-3 or 5 or 10 etc. and then, make a mental note to only focus on what is important at that time. You know how people say take it one day at a time? I say, take it one task at a time. Don't over think it focus on the task at hand, do it and move on.
I like @alize's idea of a whiteboard, I have a chalkboard at home that I write down quick to-dos or even just things I know I need to get done by a certain date.
Most importantly, take care of yourself as well! Be sure to take a moment to yourself and decompress.
