You when you just feel weird. I've been so stressed, and I know from what. But the weird feeling isn't coming from stress. Haven't been sleeping either.. don't know what to do, I just don't understand what this feeling is....

Do you think you could be having panic attacks?That was the first thought I got when I read this.You said you are very stressed.If you can talk to your doctor about it they will understand and can hopefully give you the answers .Take care and try find some help so you can sort out why you feel this way.You are stressed out and your body is trying to tell you something.Your problem with not sleeping is coming from the stress for sure.

You say you know where your stress is coming from? Is there maybe some way you can get away from this stress factor? I find that I have a very hard time sleeping when I'm stressed ie. from school/work.
Is your "weird" feeling emotional, or physical? are you thinking about certain things when you get this feeling? I know it may seem difficult right now but once you discover and solve your stresses and take care of yourself, you always feel that much relaxed and happier.
