I came across this video and thought it very interesting:
So where were you in 1995?

Wow...it looks so different. It's just so funny how all the celebrities are so impressed with it and the fact that you can talk to others in live time lol. I'm glad we've evolved.
And Sandra Bullock looked so different back then!

in 1995, I had a dial up modem and entered the world of cyberspace. I remember sometime not long after that my cousins got cable modem and had unlimited net - that was so strange to me! We were limited to 20 hours a month or something like that with our package. I still had Windows 3.1 at that time and thought Windows 95 was so... whoa!!
I can still hear the musical sound of the modem making the connection in my memory! Ahh, those were the days...

We had one computer for the entire family, and I remember thinking how my computer was SO FAST back then! Now I get frustrated if it takes longer than a minute to start up =___=!

Can you believe back in 1995 I didn't even know what "internet" was? Windows 90-what? LOL Back then I was into my radio and "rick d's and the weekly top forties" yea! I remember my bestfriend and I recorded an Alanis Morsette cassette which was just ours and we wouldn't share with anyone 'cuz we wanted to be special haha :)

ahh, the good ol' cassettes! Back in those olden days, it was all about making the best mixed tape (because Discmen were impossible to jog with, so you needed a cassette for your Walkman!)

my first cassette tape was Ace of Base! lol
1995.. damn, I was like 11 I think? My last year of innocence :-P
I loved the old DOS games on the computer.. We got our first one around then, and I was so mad that I had to share it with my younger brother and sister. Half an hour each...I was convinced that since I was 5/6 years older, I was entitled to more time on the computer. It didn't happen. lol
