My cousin does , she said a very comfy chair is important and one with good back support

I have worked at an office for many years and my recent job so had the worst desk and chair. It gave me severe back problems. My back is only just getting better now. Stretching and not slouching is key.

Thanks for the tips ladies, I already have a pretty good chair and have been thinking of taking up yoga, so I guess this is the kick up the bum I needed!
