YoCrunch

Anyone tried YoCrunch? It looks so yummy! I'm not a big fan of yogurt, but I've always said they need to make a chocolate yogurt for people like me who don't like the taste of normal yogurt and need something to mask it. I'm sure the Oreo or M&M YoCrunch is not at all healthy, but at least it gives me the probiotics I'm looking for.

Never heard of it on Apr 28, 2015 @ 07:37 pm

I wouldn't buy stuff like this but if you don't like just plain ordinary yogurt just try one that's really creamy with probiotics and add stuff to it yourself. For example try the Activia vanilla which is super good on its own but try putting let's say oreo's in it or whatever you like. There wouldn't be any difference in terms of unhealthy. If you do it yourself or you buy it with stuff in it like this YoCrunch, it's going to be kinda sorta unhealthy either way lol.

Haven't seen it yet on Apr 29, 2015 @ 10:02 am

I'm not a huge fan of dairy in general...but there are some yogurts out there I really enjoy (especially to bake with). Yoplait Source has some awesome dessert flavours like lemon meringue, raspberry chocolate, creme caramel, raspberry cranberry crumble, and cherry delight. Some are sweetened with stevia and all are 0% which is my favourite texture. anything too thick really turns me off :/

maybe it's a Canadian thing so far? on Apr 29, 2015 @ 10:22 am

Thanks Kabingurl, I'm sure it would be cheaper anyway to just buy the ingredients separate. The price is $2.79 for 2 yogurts with mixings.

For some reason I actually don't mind the frozen version of yogurt made by Chapman. It's not as good as ice cream, but it's a lot better than I thought it would be. Too bad Chapman doesn't do a regular yogurt, maybe I'd like their version. Or maybe it's the texture I hate. I don't know :( I just know eating yogurt is so much cheaper than trying to buy probiotic pills.

Thanks Lovesaraanne for the suggestions. My husband may like some of those flavours, but none of them are to my taste. Maybe I'll try their plain vanilla version and add some things to it myself. I too definitely do not like a thick yogurt.

I've seen these and have been sooooo tempted to buy it, but I usually eat greek yogurt as a healthy snack and am afraid I'll get hooked on these and eat them more frequently than I should. :P I imagine they'd taste great if you're looking for a snack that's a tad more indulgent than regular yogurt. If you have more self control than I, then go for it. :P
