Zucchini

I believe for the eggplant its just egg beaten, flour, salt and pepper
and your cooking oil of course. But don't quote me on that, I'll have to
look it up for you and get back to ya. It's in one of my thousands of
cook books, but I have a pretty good idea witch one its in. I know you
like spicy food, so you probably could add a little of this and that to
the flour if you wanted to. I really don't see why not. Like I said I've
only done it with eggplant, but I can look up some recipes in my cook
books for ya and send those to you as well. I'll get back to ya later
today, I'm sure I can find something new for ya. What else did you grow this year?


My blueberries didn't work out this year, but its their first year in
the ground, so maybe next year. My raspberries on the other hand are
just covered and a few are just starting to turn red.

The only other thing we planted this year was a tomato plant and I think
its on steroids.LOL It's eight feet tall, four feet around and I have
tomatoes coming out of my ears. The only thing is I never get enough
that are ripe enough at one time to do anything with, other then freeze
them. Any how I'll get that recipe and more to you either later today, or
tomorrow.

I have the eggplant recipe I was talking about and I was wrong about the
ingredients.LOL It's been so long since I made it, but I wasn't to far
off. If you like it let me know. I also found some Zucchini recipes for
you. I'll give you the names of the recipes here and you can tell me
witch one's you'd like to try.
