No, I usually miss breakfast, and eat lunch super late. I definitely only eat 2 meals a day.

I try to make myself eat breakfast even though I'm never hungry that early in the day and I usually eat a late supper. I think I spend more time cooking for my boyfriend and 4 year old son and I kinda forget about myself.

I always have 3 meals a day and one snack in the later afternoon. For breakfast it's usually something quick and filling like homemade granola and yogurt with coffee on the side, lunch and supper it varies.

I never used to eat breakfast or lunch but now I do. My sleeping patterns were different tho. Now if I don't eat I feel sick.

I try to have 3 meals a day and snacks in between but sometimes I miss breakfast if I feel I'm running late.

I eat three a day, but I tend to eat small portions. I can't skip meals as I have ARFID and if I start skipping I might start starving again >_<; I haven't done that since I was a teen!

I have my breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.
I love and need to eat to keep my body fuelled.
My lunch bag for work is so full, but full of healthy goodness, so I don't feel so bad eating all day long.

I eat a ''big'' breakfast it keeps me full till lunch, after noon a have 2 snack then a diner and a night snack yeah and I'm trying to drink more water...
