Check with a doctor before consuming so much...that is a lot for your kidneys to handle.

I only drink water now and a glass of almond milk. I drink about 8 bottles a day and I have dropped 20 pounds! I love water. But yeah drinking too much could be a problem.

Just be careful and research how much water is safe to consume on a daily basis as fads that we see on social media can actually not be good for you... (as stated above, water poisoning is a thing). I need to drink more water too, I feel so gross and need to get healthier.
As a tip for a healthier lifestyle, try to get any type of exercise you can during your day whether it is a walk, jog, pushups, weight lifting, using the stairs instead of the elevator etc. Also, think of the foods drinks you consume and slowly try to omit things that do not really give any nutritional value ex. Soda

Great advice ladies! I definitely need to cut out the bad stuff that I eat and drink and get moving a lot more. I most definitely need to hydrate myself better, but probably not as excessive as the 30 day Challenge lol

J'aimerais bien essayer ce défi, il me semble que ça ferait un bon petit ménage dans mon corps mais malheureusement, je ne peux pas à cause de mon diabète.
