This recipe has been my salvation during the holiday season. Anytime I was asked to bring something to a work luncheon or a holiday party, I was ready to go!

Goat Cheese Toasts:
- Plain melba toast rounds
- Goat cheese
- Crushed walnuts
- Honey

Spread a good amount of goat cheese on the crackers, add the crushed walnuts, and finish off with a drizzle of honey. I prefer to let them sit in the fridge overnight so that the crackers soften, but if you don't have the time, it's fine! You can also toast french bread instead of using the melba rounds and/or heat the entire concoction in the oven.
